Shipping Policy

WONDRA operates and ships out of Los Angeles, California.

We offer overseas delivery.

 

This service is trackable up until it leaves the USA and then the package becomes the responsibility of your country's postal service. 

We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and US public holidays).

 

We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Postal delivery can take up to 14 working days.

Delivery times and charges vary by country.

When ordering goods from www.wondracards.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.wondracards.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of WONDRA and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7 day refund or exchange on returned items according to the conditions as set out below:

Damaged Goods

If any item in your order arrives damaged we will be happy quickly ship you a replacement. If not desired we will fully refund the cost of your product.

Unwanted Goods

If you wish to return non-faulty goods after receiving your order we do not accept returns of this type or provide refunds.

Returns Process

  1. Email us with photos of your damaged products at info@wondracards.com to initiate the return process. 

  2. We will send you the address of where to ship your damaged items to

  3. If a replacement is not available or desired, a refund will be made to the card or account that was used to pay for the original order and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
