WONDRA operates and ships out of Los Angeles, California.

We offer overseas delivery.
This service is trackable up until it leaves the USA and then the package becomes the responsibility of your country's postal service.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and US public holidays).
We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Postal delivery can take up to 14 working days.

Damaged Goods
If any item in your order arrives damaged we will be happy quickly ship you a replacement. If not desired we will fully refund the cost of your product.

If a replacement is not available or desired, a refund will be made to the card or account that was used to pay for the original order and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
