Warranty Policy
WARRANTY OPTION: if purchased, WONDRA will send you a replacement hat for your damaged one, regardless of how it was damaged.
Minor scratches, dents, mirror tiles falling off do not qualify for warranty replacement. Only applicable for major damage, breakage, severe loss of mirror tiles and irreparable dents. Photographs of the damage will be requested from the client before initiating warranty benefits.
Warranty coverage lasts for 12 calendar months from date of purchase.
